All the pupils should attend the class punctually in neat
and tidy uniform. If by chance pupil comes late, an entry
has to be made in the page allowed for late attendance in
the school diary and the signature of the principal, or other
persons authorise , be obtained before entering the class.

No leave of absence will be granted except on written
application of the parent, addressed to the principal in
advance, students who for explained reasons absent
themselves for more then five days continuously are struck
off the rolls and as a rule are to be re-admitted.

If a student is absent due to illness, the parents must
inform at once must produce a medical certificate when the
student comes to school.

Only those students who secure 80% of attendance will
be eligible for promotion to the next class.
